Nassurdin Imavov to fight Roman Dolidze in 2024

The fight will be the main event of the UFC Fight Night tournament. It was originally planned that the fight would take place on September 2, 2023 in Paris, but the meeting did not take place. Now the fighters will sort things out in February. The meeting place has also changed – the fight will take place in the USA.

Nassurdin Imavov competes in mixed martial arts at welterweight. He became interested in MMA at the age of 19, and began performing professionally in 2016. To date, his record is 5 wins in a row, as well as fights with such opponents as Gregor Weibel, Michael Michalski, Janis Schefre, Harry Formosa and others. Imavov made his UFC debut on October 4, 2020 at a tournament in Abu Dhabi in a fight with Jordan Williams. 

Roman Dolidze became interested in grappling in 2008. It only took him six months of training to become the champion of Ukraine in this sport, and then he repeated this achievement four times. 

In 2016, the fighter won the ADCC Asia and Oceania Champion Cup, then won the American Grappling Championship.  In the same year, he performed for the first time as a mixed martial arts fighter, and was very successful.

In 2019, UFC signed a contract with Dolidze.  The wrestler's career in the most prestigious promotion began successfully — in just a year he defeated two opponents. He completed one of them ahead of schedule. 

So, Imavov won 12 victories and suffered four defeats in mixed martial arts, and his opponent had 12 victories and two defeats in MMA. It is impossible to predict who the winner will be yet, but be among the first to find out – easy!
