Khabib's dad: I think we'll roll Ferguson
The father and coach of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov shared his expectations for his son's fight against Tony Ferguson.
According to Nurmagomedov Sr., it is important to him whether Ferguson has become stronger, but the fact that Khabib has never been weaker than an American. Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov noted that Khabib has never missed so many blows, he is more powerful than his future opponent, he is a more attacking and dominant fighter.
“I think we will roll up Ferguson. But it cannot be said that Tony has passed over the years. In this case, he would have lost, but this did not happen, ”said Nurmagomedov Sr.
Note that Khabib Nurmagomedov's next fight will be against American Tony Ferguson. The fight will take place in New York on April 18, 2020. To date, the 31-year-old Russian has fought 28 fights in MMA without suffering a single defeat, Ferguson has suffered three defeats in 28 meetings and won 25 victories.
